I have been going to BCC for 13 years as a camper, volunteer, intern, and summer staff. I met my now husband at camp when we were both interns, we worked at camp this past summer together as newlywed’s. Working at camp last summer was such a great experience. I love leading and working with kids. I grew up loving and looking up to my camp counselors. And being able to actually be a camp counselor this past summer for these kids was just such a surreal experience. My hope is that these kids were looking up to me just as I was when I was their age. I found myself growing in my walk with the Lord while also leading the kids that came to Christ as well. I met friends that are going to last me a lifetime.

My summer working at BCC was by far one of the best summers I’ve ever had. I really enjoyed having so many different types of people come out to camp and seeing God moving in their lives. I also made lifelong relationships with people who made my summer that much more fun. Each day brought something new and exciting and gave me so many opportunities to see God’s glory, from the people, to the beautiful landscape surrounding us. I am so excited to be a part of BCC next summer and see what’s in store!

My time at BCC was truly life changing. I grew up going as a camper and looked up to the staff and their relationships with Jesus and each other. Being apart of the staff was more than I could have ever imagined. I have gained more than lifelong friends, but a real family in those that I worked with. Along with countless skills that have changed who I am as a person. And above all my relationship with Jesus grew stronger every day. My summers at camp allowed me a positive place to learn who I was and God’s plan for me.

My time as a facility assistant at BCC was nothing short of a life changing experience. I was able to learn many things when it came to handy work, landscaping and vehicles. Everyone I worked with was amazing and I consider them all family due to their patience and hospitality towards me. Thanks to my fellow staff at BCC for giving me the gift of such a remarkable summer. -Cheers!

I have been going to camp since I was little and had some of my best experiences up at camp. 4 years ago I decided to go volunteer. It was super fun and I learned how to run activities. I then became an intern and was trained on all the elements and how camp works. I was hired on as summer staff for the last 2 years and learned even more about camp. I made great friends and had wonderful experiences. Every year brought its own fun times and experiences. I learned so much about God and grew closer every day. Camp was a life changing experience.

My time on staff at BCC was such a blessing in my life and an answer to so many of my prayers. I had the privilege of being one of the wranglers this summer, and through that position, I gained so much wisdom, knowledge, and unique experiences with horses. I was able to witness the beauty of God’s creation daily through seeing the mountains, breathtaking sunsets, and amazing wildlife around me. I’m so grateful that I not only got to share my love of horses with the campers, but I was also able to share the gospel with each one of them, demonstrating the love of Jesus. The staff at BCC was absolutely incredible and truly felt like family. We had amazing fellowship, supported each other so well, and made countless memories together. I grew in my faith and learned to draw near to God in new ways. I dove into the Word and discovered so much about who He is. Overall, my summer at BCC was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

Working at BCC this past summer fulfilled so many prayers, dreams, and aspirations of mine. I’ve always loved working with kids and sharing God’s love with them, so that in itself was very fulfilling to me. But then adding in the breathtaking beauty of God’s creation all around me, through the still mountains, rushing rivers, and calm sunsets and sunrises, it was the PERFECT place for me, also, to reconnect with my Savior. I learned so much about God, and He showed me a lot about myself as well in my moments of still worship and quiet Bible studies. Not only were the sights beautiful, but the staff at BCC are just as beautiful. Inside and out. I made so many memories and relationships that I will cherish forever. I truly am so thankful for my summer at Beartooth Christian Camp, and I wouldn’t have traded it for anything.
