At Beartooth Christian Camp, our staff isn’t just a team—we’re a family! Each person plays a unique role in creating a place where campers can encounter Jesus, build lasting friendships, and experience life change. We love what we do, we love who we serve, and we’re so excited for you to get to know the people who make BCC feel like home!
Neil has served in several roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… He became the Full-Time Executive Director in August 2024.
Neil was born and raised in sunny Stuart, Florida, where he grew up in church and began following Jesus at just 9 years old. It was there that he first felt God’s call to ministry. At 20, Neil jumped into full-time ministry with The New Life Drama Company in Tennessee, traveling across the country to preach, teach, and share the gospel through drama.
After his time on the road, Neil moved to Georgia, where he worked in bank management and served faithfully in his local church. In 2001, he met his beautiful bride, Stephanie, and the two were married the following year. They have three amazing kids—Taylor, Elyssa (married to Jared), and Elijah—and are proud grandparents to little Noah and baby Nora!
In 2013, Neil and his family moved to Great Falls, Montana, where he spent ten years serving as the Student & Family Pastor at Harvest Springs Community Church. Camp ministry has always held a special place in his heart—it’s been a shared dream for him and Stephanie since before they even met!
Neil loves spending time with his family, coaching and watching sports (especially volleyball, football, and basketball), listening to loud music of just about any kind, and soaking up time in the mountains.
Fun fact: other than the Holy Spirit, Neil is mostly fueled by coffee, pizza, and gravy!
Stephanie has served in many roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… She has also served on the BCC Board.
Stephanie keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Beartooth Christian Camp, handling all the office admin and bookkeeping with care and excellence. She’s been married to Neil since July 2002, and together they have three amazing kids and two grandchildren (so far!).
Originally from Georgia, she gave her life to Christ at age 25 and has followed His call to serve ever since, with a special heart for mentoring young women. Over the years, she’s worn many hats—including owning her own event planning business—but most of her career has been in accounting. Before joining the BCC team, she spent more than 20 years with a Christian financial planning and accounting firm in Georgia and has also worked with several firms in Montana.
When Stephanie first set foot on the BCC campus back in June 2013, she instantly knew it was her “happy place.” She and Neil both feel incredibly blessed to serve here and be part of what God is doing through camp ministry.
Fun fact: Stephanie loves spending time with her family, watching volleyball, reading a good crime drama, and enjoying some of her favorite snacks—Dr Pepper Zero, Slim Jims, and steak!
Natalie has attended BCC since 2016 with her youth group, as a camper, then as a volunteer. She served on the 2026 Summer Staff baking amazing desserts!
Natalie grew up attending church camps, and as soon as she was old enough to, she started volunteering at camp. She is a Montanan through and through, she was born and raised here and has lived in Glendive since 2012.
When she was 13, Natalie had a fear of flying, but knew God was calling her to serve on a mission trip, so she faced her fears, and that mission trip was one that has shaped her into the person she is today. Because of it, Natalie has been to Guatemala twice, Columbia, and studied abroad in Europe through a ten-week Bible program. Though she has fallen in love with each of the countries and cultures she experienced, nowhere will ever have the place in her heart that Montana has.
Natalie attended Chadron State College, gaining a degree in interdisciplinary studies, which was tailored to her desire to work with people with special needs and have administrative skills to do so. Natalie is using her time out here to build her knowledge and skills, and to serve others while doing so.
The longer she is at camp, the more she falls in love with it and the area. She spent this past summer on summer staff and loved it so much that she didn’t want to leave. After working in the kitchen, Natalie learned that God could use her love for baking to serve and minister to others and is continuing to learn to let God use other skills and talents for His glory.
Fun fact: if you can’t find Natalie, she is probably either playing an instrument, with her cat and her dog watching While You Were Sleeping, or she is looking up new recipes and crafts to try.
