Meet Our Team

Neil has served in several roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… He became the Full-Time Executive Director in August 2024.
Neil was born in Stuart, Florida in 1973. It was there in south Florida where he grew up attending church and began following Jesus at the age of 9. It was also there in Florida where he first heard God’s call of ministry on his life. In 1993, at the age of 20, Neil began in ministry with The New Life Drama Company, a ministry based out of southern Tennessee. As a part of that ministry, he traveled the country preaching in churches, teaching in schools, and performing drama in many places. In 2000, he moved to Georgia where he worked in bank management and volunteered teaching in the local church. In late 2001, he met his beautiful bride Stephanie. Neil married Stephanie in July 2002, and they have 3 amazing children; Taylor (married to Tommy), Elyssa (married to Jared), and Elijah. They have a one-year old grandson named Noah, and their first granddaughter is due to be born on October 26, 2025. Neil and his family moved to Great Falls, Montana in April 2013 where he served as the Student & Family Pastor at Harvest Springs Community Church for 10 years. He has always loved camp ministry because of the unique experience and intimate setting it creates for people to build a deeper relationship with Jesus and others. Being in camping ministry has been a prayer and dream for both he and Stephanie since before they even met each other! Neil loves spending time with his family, coaching and watching sports (especially volleyball, football, & basketball), listening to music (just about any kind & usually pretty LOUD!), spending time in the mountains, and having great conversations with friends. Other than the Holy Spirit… Neil is mostly fueled by coffee, pizza, and gravy!!!

Shawn served as the Facilities Director at Beartooth Christian Camp from early 2023 to September 2025. He became the Assistant Director in October 2025.
Shawn still oversees all things grounds, buildings, construction and maintenance. However, he also serves in many other roles that help further the ministry here at BCC. He brings a huge wealth of experience here to BCC from his many years in the industry. Shawn can fix just about anything! He has been married to his wife Michelle for 26 years and they have 3 sons (Justin, Jared, and Kyle) and two daughters in-law (Katie who is married to Justin, and Elyssa who is married to Jared). They have been serving in ministry to young people and families for over 20 years. Shawn’s goal is to make sure young people have a chance to hear the truth of God’s Word. Shawn loves a good fish fry or a perfectly grilled brat! He is a huge Green Bay Packers fan and loves watching the Wisconsin Badgers play football and volleyball.

Stephanie has served in many roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… She has also served on the BCC Board.
Stephanie handles many of the office’s administrative tasks, as well as all the bookkeeping for BCC. She has been married to Neil since July 2002. She is a mom to 3 amazing kids and a grandmother to 1 (so far!) Stephanie was born in Georgia, but she will tell you that she feels like she was made to live in Montana! She accepted Christ at the age of 25 and has felt His calling to serve Him ever since. She has been especially drawn to mentoring young women. While she has done quite a few things over the years, including owning her own event planning business… she has spent most of her career in the accounting field. She worked over 20 years for a Christian financial planning & accounting firm based in Georgia and has worked for a few firms in Montana as well. When Stephanie first stepped foot on the campus of BCC in June 2013, it immediately became her favorite place on Earth! She calls it her “happy place!” Both her and Neil feel incredibly blessed that God has called them here to do HIS work! Stephanie loves spending time with her family, watching volleyball, reading, and watching a good crime drama. She is a huge fan of Dr Pepper ZERO, Slim Jims, and STEAK!!
