Meet Our Team

Neil has served in several roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… He became the Full-Time Executive Director in August 2024.

Neil was born and raised in sunny Stuart, Florida, where he grew up in church and began following Jesus at just 9 years old. It was there that he first felt God’s call to ministry. At 20, Neil jumped into full-time ministry with The New Life Drama Company in Tennessee, traveling across the country to preach, teach, and share the gospel through drama.

After his time on the road, Neil moved to Georgia, where he worked in bank management and served faithfully in his local church. In 2001, he met his beautiful bride, Stephanie, and the two were married the following year. They have three amazing kids—Taylor (married to Tommy), Elyssa (married to Jared), and Elijah—and are proud grandparents to little Noah, with their first granddaughter arriving in October 2025!

In 2013, Neil and his family moved to Great Falls, Montana, where he spent ten years serving as the Student & Family Pastor at Harvest Springs Community Church. Camp ministry has always held a special place in his heart—it’s been a shared dream for him and Stephanie since before they even met!

Neil loves spending time with his family, coaching and watching sports (especially volleyball, football, and basketball), listening to loud music of just about any kind, and soaking up time in the mountains.

Fun fact: other than the Holy Spirit, Neil is mostly fueled by coffee, pizza, and gravy!

Shawn served as the Facilities Director at Beartooth Christian Camp from early 2023 to September 2025. He became the Assistant Director in October 2025.

Shawn keeps Beartooth Christian Camp running strong by overseeing everything from the grounds and buildings to construction and maintenance—but his impact goes far beyond that! He serves in a variety of roles that help move the ministry forward and make camp an incredible place for people to encounter Jesus.

With years of hands-on experience, Shawn is the guy who can fix just about anything! He’s been married to his amazing wife, Michelle, for 26 years, and together they’ve raised three awesome sons—Justin, Jared, and Kyle—and gained two wonderful daughters-in-law, Katie (married to Justin) and Elyssa (married to Jared). Shawn and Michelle have been serving in ministry to young people and families for over 20 years, and his heart is to make sure every camper has a chance to hear and experience the truth of God’s Word.

Fun fact: Shawn is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan who never turns down a good fish fry or a perfectly grilled brat—and he’s always cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers in football and volleyball!

Stephanie has served in many roles at BCC since the summer of 2013… She has also served on the BCC Board.

Stephanie keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes at Beartooth Christian Camp, handling all the office admin and bookkeeping with care and excellence. She’s been married to Neil since July 2002, and together they have three amazing kids and one sweet grandson, and a granddaughter on the way!

Originally from Georgia, Stephanie says she was made to live in Montana! She gave her life to Christ at age 25 and has followed His call to serve ever since, with a special heart for mentoring young women. Over the years, she’s worn many hats—including owning her own event planning business—but most of her career has been in accounting. Before joining the BCC team, she spent more than 20 years with a Christian financial planning and accounting firm in Georgia and has also worked with several firms in Montana.

When Stephanie first set foot on the BCC campus back in June 2013, she instantly knew it was her “happy place.” She and Neil both feel incredibly blessed to serve here and be part of what God is doing through camp ministry.

Fun fact: Stephanie loves spending time with her family, watching volleyball, reading a good crime drama, and enjoying some of her favorite snacks—Dr Pepper Zero, Slim Jims, and steak!

Kyle moved to Montana three years ago and has been serving at Beartooth Christian Camp as an intern and as summer staff.

Kyle grew up in church and met Jesus at a young age, giving his life to Him at a youth conference in Green Bay, Wisconsin, when he was 12. He’s got two awesome older brothers, Justin and Jared, and a super supportive mom and dad.

After spending the past three years at Beartooth Christian Camp as an intern and summer staff, he’s pumped to officially join the team full-time! A huge Packers fan and all-around football lover, Kyle’s happiest when surrounded by people—especially when there’s a chance to share the joy of Christ and what God has done in his life. Kyle is a gifted mechanic and even at his young age, is already becoming quite the jack of all trades when it comes to fixing things! He brings a lot of value to the BCC team.

Fun fact: Kyle loves playing basketball and hitting the trails on a snowmobile whenever he gets the chance!
