Pony Camp gives our youngest campers the opportunity to experience camp and horses over a shorter 2-1/2 day period.  Pony campers will be led and poured into by trained wranglers who are knowledgeable of horses and who love kids and Jesus!  In addition to riding and grooming, campers will learn about horse care, nutrition, anatomy, how a barn operates, and so much more!  Pony campers will enjoy going on exciting adventures over their stay at BCC, and along the way many friends and memories will be made.  Besides being with the horses, campers will enjoy chapel times, games, bedtime stories, and plenty more activities all tailored for them. The heart of Pony Camp is to give our youngest campers the best, first chance of experiencing camp and horses in a safe environment and having a blast!

camp speaker

Neil Hancock

Neil is originally from Florida, but says that he feels like he was made to live in Montana! He was raised in the church and felt the call of God on his life at an early age.

It was in 1993 when Neil first began serving in ministry. He served in several part time ministry roles over the years and then in 2011, he began a full time role as a pastor in Georgia. In 2013, he and his family made the move to Montana where he served as the Student & Family Pastor at Harvest Springs Community Church in Great Falls, Montana for 10 years. Neil is now currently the lead pastor at Absarokee Evangelical Church in Absarokee, Montana where he has been since May 2023.

Neil loves spending time with his family, coaching and watching sports (especially volleyball, football, & basketball), listening to music (just about any kind, as long as it’s LOUD), and spending time at camp. Other than the Holy Spirit… He is mostly fueled by coffee and pizza!!
